كافة صفحات جواز السفر (حتى الفارغة منها) على ان يكون الجواز نافذ الصلاحية لمدة سنة على الاقل .
تعبئة استمارة المعلومات المطلوبة حسب الجامعة.
كشف حساب بنكي يوضح توفر مبلغ الدراسة تحت اسم الطالب (بالنسبة لطلبة النفقة الخاصة) أو كتاب البعثة (بالنسبة للدارسين على نفقة الدولة).
صورة ملونة بحجم صورة الجواز .
وثيقة اختبار التوفل او الايلتس او اي وثيقة اخرى تدعم اللغة الانجليزية (إن وجدت) .
توصية من اساتذة عدد (2) (بالنسبة لطلبة الماجستير).
